Grade 10 to 12 - Hospitality studies
CSB is only shool in Mosselbay presenting this subject. Learners do Practical tasks/examinations in industrial kitchen at Outeniqua. This includes formal functions with paying guests.

5% discount for/afslag vir: For every second child or more in school/vir elke 2de kind of meer in skool. On schoolfees for payment for whole year/vir alle skoolgelde ten volle betaal vir jaar(only on school fees/ slegs op skoolfooie)

2% discount for/afslag vir: Halfyear payment/halfjaar betaling (only on school fees/alleenlik op skoolfooie).

Other costs like textbooks, photos etc. must be paid immediately / Ander uitgawes bv handboeke,fotos ens moet onmiddelik betaal word.
